Applicant must:

•be a resident of Washington, D.C.
•be accepted to an accredited college or university, including
2-year colleges
•be a citizen or legal resident
•not be related to a scholarship committee member, Council 11041
President, or individual contributor to the local funds of the
Council

Deadline to receive applications is March 31, 2009.
